Our 15 old archive boxes were collected from our offices by Richard Allen of SSA, 3 days later Richard returned with a USB stick and told me the files were all on it! The files were then downloaded to our server and saved in a folder we could all access. They had been indexed exactly the same as the lever archive files and the quality of the images in some cases was even better than the original documents
Now our files are secure and backed up, we have plenty of space in the new office and don’t need to worry about accessing or storing old archive boxes ever again. Our future plans are to have each year’s archives collected by SSA and have them scan them for us

Thankyou for providing the solution to my archiving needs. I was drowning in boxes with this situation only going to get worse over the next 5 years.
Its really nice to know that I don’t have to find storage for all these files and especially to know that my files and paperwork is safely stored in File Director with access at the click of a button.
